Our Capital Campaign is underway!

With an expected total budget of about $1,000,000 to build our new home, we are making financial plans to cover the cost of the project.

In recent years, we have been able to save a small amount to serve as “start up” funding, intended for use in early planning phases of design and processes (to cover consultant and professional fees, etc.).

In addition to this, our goal is to raise an additional $500,000 in cash funding through this Capital Campaign by the end of 2023.

Additional funds will be obtained through the sale of the remaining 3.5 acres adjacent to our building site.

In-kind donations of services and materials will round out the total resources needed to finish our new facility.

The need for traditional bank funding will be evaluated as the project commences. Our hope and ultimate goal is to finish the project with zero debt.
